Remember a couple weeks ago when I did the review of Picture Collage Maker for Mac? Well, guess what?! To celebrate Mother’s Day, Pearl Mountain Technology, the company that created that software, has decided to give away 20 copies of their CollageIt Pro software!! HOW COOL IS THAT?!
This software is a TOP 10 Photography app in the Mac App Store, so I highly encourage you to grab this chance to try it out for free!! I am still having fun with my Picture Collage Maker and I know that the CollageIt Pro is going to be just as much fun, if not more!!
People may be wondering why I went from 2-3 posts a day to only blogging once a week. Then again, they may not wonder at all. Most people know we keep kinda busy around here, so not having time to blog isn’t something that’s going to really surprise anyone!
Because the #1 search query that leads people to this blog is “law mommy soap,” I thought I should quickly update everyone on what is going on with the soap store.
We have temporarily stopped making soap. Whatever you see in the store is what we currently have in stock. When it is gone, it won’t be replaced until August at the earliest.
There are two questions that I get asked almost everyday.
1) That’s your real name?!
2) HOW do you do it?!
The first question I’ve gotten used to. And it only requires me to say, “yes,” so I’m pretty okay with that one. But the second…
If you follow the blog, you know that I don’t do a lot of personal posts. I tend to do things my own way and while I’m always up for suggestions and constructive criticism, I don’t like wasting my time with negativity (especially when it doesn’t make sense). I am a genuinely friendly and happy person, but I also call it how I see it. And sometimes, people have a hard time understanding how those two qualities work together. I used to try to weed through the nonsense. I used to try to explain myself. I used to try to help others see why their logic was a little skewed. But then one day, with the help of a whole slew of trolls, I realized that some people are just intent not only on being mean, but on blaming the people they are hurting for their meanness. And I decided to stop being their punching bag.
Long-time followers know that this blog used to be chockfull of my opinions on various things, as well as commentary on our day to day life as we tried to achieve all our dreams…at once. Then, things changed and now you see that there are very, very few of my opinions on here anymore. Except on things like whether I prefer banana pudding or vanilla pudding…
While I still feel that the new blog is much safer for my family, there is something I need to quickly address.
