Leprechaun Bark

 

Today’s yummy recipe comes to us from Your Homebased Mom.  Not only is it super yum, but it’s super easy. SUPER easy.

Lucky Leprechaun Bark

You will need:

1 pkg. Grasshopper cookies

1 1/2 c. Pretzels, broken into pieces

1 c. Mint M&Ms (or just green M&Ms)

1 lb. Milk chocolate (Hershey’s has new milk chocolate baking melts and they work really well for this)

Green sprinkles (optional)

 

Break Grasshopper cookies into pieces.  Add the broken pretzels and 3/4 c. of the M&Ms.  Lay out on wax paper.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (or microwave).  Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie mixture.  Spread with spatula, if necessary.  Before chocolate starts to harden, pour the remaining 1/4 c. M&Ms and sprinkles (if desired) over the chocolate.

Allow to cool (refrigerate if necessary) and break into pieces.
