This is kinda cheating because we actually made the bread yesterday, but I’m not sure we are going to make anything today, so let’s just say it counts.
Here’s the bread:

Yeah, it was yum. And if you’d like to make some of your own, here’s the recipe:
Cranberry Bread
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh cranberries
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
Stir together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add in the cranberries and stir to coat. In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice, vegetable oil, and egg. When well mixed, add to dry mixture. Mix just until combined. (You don’t want to overmix quick breads.)
Pour into a GREASED 9 x 5 loaf pan or 3 mini-loaf pans. You might want to line your pans with waxed or parchment paper. (It helped me…) Bake for 60-70 minutes at 350.
And then, with your leftover cranberries, you can make a cranberry-popcorn garland for the tree.

What a cute little Bizzer!!
